Saturday we had a very fun filled day.

It started with taking Miss Magoo for her first "official" haircut! I really wasn't sure how she would do, but she did great! How could she not? Sitting in an airplane, watching a Dora video. :)

I really was pleased with the way her hair came out. It didn't look too different, other than a little shorter and a little more styled.

Next, we were off to her piano lesson. Miss Magoo takes 15 minute piano lessons once a week. She loves it and her teacher, Miss Kristin! We started her in piano because she loves all things musical and she even plays with two hands when we sit her down in front of the piano.

After piano we were looking for something to do and wanted to be in doors since it was a rainy day. We went to see about taking our local train for the day and found it only runs during the week. So that was out.

Then I remembered about the Children's museum near by. So we that's where we ended up going.

What a fantastic place! I was overwhelmed with how much there was to do, I could only imagine what Miss Magoo was thinking. It didn't take her any time at all to go from exhibit to exhibit.

Let me tell you not only is this a place for kids, parents are in for a treat too.

Her favorite things to do were the airplane and playing in H20 Discovery, of course, it was all about playing in water!

We were getting ready to leave and ended up running into our friend Jason and his son Quincy. Quincy is from the same orphanage as Miss Magoo.

So off to McDonald's for lunch and more playing and then calling it a day.

Let me say Miss Magoo ended up taking a nice long nap after her busy fun filled day. :)
