We had such a wonderful blessed day for Christmas. Miss Magoo was really excited this year, since she knew that Santa was coming and leaving presents!
A very cute story...
After we finished mixing up the cake mix for the Happy Birthday Jesus cake. I asked Miss Magoo if she wanted to lick the spoon, not a peep, she just shook her head no. I said, "Are you sure?" Again she she shook her head no. Now mind you I thought this was odd, she always wants to lick the spoon.
Next thing I know, she got down off her stool and went over to her Papa and motioned to be picked up. She has a very sad face now and when Papa picked her up she gave him the biggest hug.
He asked, "what's wrong?" In the littlest voice she said, the cake is for Jesus, not for Momma."
So Papa, let her know that it was alright, that Jesus shared everything with everyone all the time. That Jesus would be alright to share his cake with Momma and all of us.
She then said, "Jesus shares?"
Papa, "Yes, always."
She was ok after that, she smiled and everything was good again. :)
We had a White Christmas for sure this year. It snowed all day long, it was just beautiful!
Miss Magoo loved what she got from Santa and from Momma, you'll see what I mean, it's in the Smilebox. :)
Also, I picked The Little Drummer Boy for the song, because it is one of Miss Magoo's favorite Christmas songs.
Well we hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas as much as we did.

Hey Cathy....you asked about my camera. I'm using a Canon Rebel XSi, but a few of those shots were with my son's camera a Canon Rebel XT with a lensbaby 2.0 lens. That lens takes really cool shots.
